Our journey began in a way neither of us expected, but looking back, it is so clear that God was guiding every step. Our paths first crossed in person at a Singing Men of Texas concert. It was there that Sarah noticed Matt’s heart for worship and his sincere love for the Lord, something that stood out immediately.

Their first date was intentional and simple: a beach sunset and a picnic. Spending time worshiping together on the roof of Matt’s Jeep, and under those stars, their connection felt natural and steady. From that night on, they knew this relationship was different.

Though they lived five hours apart, the distance never weakened what they knew the Lord was building. Filling the space with daily FaceTime calls, handwritten notes, and Polaroid photos to document their time together. They treated every shared weekend as a gift, growing closer through laughter, shared goals, and a commitment to trust in God’s plan.
